Competences
In addition to the competences for Graduates from Ain Shams University and all Engineering Programs, the Robotic and Autonomous Systems Engineering Program graduate must be able to:
- Synthesize and integrate electrical, electronic, mechanical, and embedded subsystems to design and develop innovative robotic and autonomous solutions.
- Utilize and integrate advanced analytical tools, techniques, specialized equipment, and software platforms relevant to robotics and autonomous systems.
- Apply computational methods and facilities effectively in the development and optimization of robotic systems.
- Formulate comprehensive specifications for various robotic and autonomous system components to facilitate procurement and contractual agreements.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions essential for operating, controlling, and managing robotic and autonomous systems.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge and critical understanding of core concepts and practices in electrical and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, software engineering, and artificial intelligence.
- Acquire and apply an extensive range of fundamental and specialized skills, techniques, and methodologies in the fields of robotics, autonomous, and interactive intelligent systems.
- Critically evaluate existing methodologies and propose original, innovative solutions to complex problems within robotics and autonomous systems.
- Effectively communicate, collaborate, and work responsibly with peers and faculty members across various tasks, demonstrating professional autonomy and accountability.
