The holder of bachelor’s degree in Digital Manufacturing and Materials Engineering must be able to:
- Apply analytical, critical, and systemic thinking to identify, diagnose, and solve complex engineering challenges related to materials and manufacturing systems.
- Master a broad spectrum of engineering knowledge and specialized skills in materials science, manufacturing technologies, and digital tools, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Design and develop materials, processes, and integrated manufacturing systems that minimize resource consumption, waste, and environmental impact.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using modern engineering software, computer-aided design, and visualization tools for digital manufacturing and communication.
- Lead and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, taking responsibility for both individual and collective performance.
- Communicate professionally and effectively using diverse modes, languages, and tools with academic, industrial, and societal audiences.
- Understand and apply principles of business, leadership, project management, and entrepreneurship within an industrial and research context.
- Engage in lifelong learning, demonstrate autonomy in professional development, and prepare for advanced studies and research in emerging areas of materials and manufacturing.
- Embrace the evolving roles of digital transformation, automation, and Industry 4.0 in shaping future engineering practices.
